LUTENSOL TO 8 is a nonionic surfactant based on a saturated iso-C alcohol. It has a degree of ethoxylation of 8 and a concentration of approximately 100% at 23°C. LUTENSOL TO 8 has a cloud point of approximately 70°C and a hydroxyl number of 95 mgKOH/g. It is soluble in water and forms clear solutions. LUTENSOL TO 8 is suitable for use in applications requiring effective cleaning and grease removal. Its balanced hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of 13 and wetting power of 20 cm3/g at 23°C make it well-suited for hard surface cleaning and industrial and institutional cleaning. LUTENSOL TO 8 is manufactured through a controlled ethoxylation process that ensures high purity and performance. Its low toxicity and good environmental profile also make it a sustainable choice for cleaning products.
