POLYCIZER A-55

POLYCIZER A-55 is a solid ester oligomer designed to enhance the melt flow characteristics of PET resins. It facilitates dry blend mixing, increases the intrinsic viscosity of A-51, and reduces volatile components. This product is effective in improving the flowability of PET, PET/pigments, and PET/glass fibers. Acting as a mold processing aid, it widens the temperature range for PET crystallization, enhances yields, reduces cycles, and saves energy during sheet film production and injection molding. Notably, POLYCIZER A-55 maintains the molecular weight of PET, making it suitable for applications such as a modifier for PET/glass fiber and PET/pigment or its masterbatch, as well as PET sheets and solar cell back sheets.
