Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (and) Lauroyl Lysine. Chione™ M-SVA by BASF is a specialty performance mineral. Itprovides velvety/satin effect. It lends balance and consistency to certain types of cosmetic formulations while remainingoptically neutral. They also provide skin feel, enhanced texture, especially in powder applications. Chione™ M-SVA isused in formulating hair, eye, lip, face & body (external), nail and oral care products.
