Hydrophilic O/W emulsifier: HLB = 14. Hydrophilic, nonionic surfactant with a large molecular weight manufactured by addition polymerization of ethylene oxide to hydrogenated castor oil. It is extremely safe and little skin irritation. It is widely used as a solubilizer and is particularly suitable for low alcohol content systems.
